Voilà, j'ai vu ton post sur doctiss, et que tu n'as pas été très bien reçu. Je pense que si tu as cette idée dans la tête, c'est soit que c'est une illusion (je veux dire que si tu parvient à maigrir, cette maigreur, tu auras du mal à l'accepter, c'est ce qui m'est arrivé, je crois que moi aussi j'enviais les ano, mais a la vu de mes os, j'ai DECIDE de reprendre du poids immédiatement), soit que tu es déjà dans l'ano, ce que je ne te souhaite absolument pas. Alors voilà, je suis venue pour te dire que tu peut perdre autant de poids que ce que tu vas perdre même si tu mange plus (1000cal/jour), ça suffit, car sinon tu risque de t'épuiser. Il ne s'agit pas d'une morale mais juste de conseils. je pense que tu as besoin de prendre conscience de ton corps, il n'y a pas que de la graisse, la finesse ne suffit pas a accepter son corps, il y a aussi les dents, les cheveux, le visage, et bien sur ce qu'il y a en toi, ta beauté intérieure, celle que tu refuse de considérer. J'ai déjà fait 15kgs de moins à une époque... et je le vivais super bien ! Les gens nous voient vraiment différemment, ils nous regardent autrement dans la rue, la vie est moins décevante, les vêtements des magasins nous vont pratiquement toujours, ça change vraiment beaucoup de choses...
Et puis c'est surtout pour moi, je ne peux plus me regarder dans un miroir, je ne peux plus me voir en photo... c'est vraiment pesant, j'y pense tout le temps.
Je veux seulement pouvoir enfin me contrôler, et me sentir jolie...
Et puis je crois que c'est une question de patience aussi, je ne veux pas attendre 1 an pour faire le poids dont je reve, j'aimerai vraiment que ce soit plus rapide, alors quitte à m'affaiblir un peu je me dis que ça le vaut bien...

premièrement, les anorexiques ne décident pas de tomber dans cette maladie!!! Elles le font sans s'en rendre compte, à cause d'un mal être qui dépasse le fait de se trouver grosse.
Ensuite, meme si tu réussit dans ton entreprise, il est tres probable que tu reprenne du poids tres rapidement ensuite: le corps n'est pas fait pour ca et il se défendra!! N'oublie pas que beaucoup d'anos sont aussi boulimique!

Bon, je dis tout ca, mais il m'est aussi arrivé d'envier les anorexiques, moi qui suit boulimique non vomitive. Mais depuis que je lis les posts sur docti, je me rend compte de ma chance: au moins je suis en bonne santé!

Enfin, voila, de toute facon je vais continuer de te lire, et je te souhaite bonne chance: j'espère que tu va aller mieux (avec ou sans kilos).
